Healthy Eating Tuesday!
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for family, friends, good health & great food! BE sure to be smart with your eating and don't eat too much food! Watch your intake! Eat just enough food, for one person! Eat in moderation! Don't just sit to the table and fill your plate up with a whole bunch of stuff and stuff your face. Fill your plate with reasonable servings and eat slowly...so that your food properly digest and you will get fuller quicker! Plus, be sure to make sure you get a walk or some type of cardio during this time as well. No time for slacking up on your exercise regimen!
