GOD'S GRACE

When I think about GOD’S GRACE. I feel some are misunderstanding what does that mean. When certain people say certain things in that regard. Some are speaking specifically to the lost; others are speaking specifically to Born Again Believers of Jesus Christ!

Grace does not give us the license to keep living wrongly. To the lost and misbelievers [one who believes wrongly] that means: Yes, God will accept you for who you are no matter what you have done and you cannot do anything to earn His GRACE. His LOVE. However, as a Believer of Jesus Christ who has truly repented and accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. [Romans 10:9] Because of God's GRACE He forgives but when one is truly born again they do not continue on living a life of sin [doing things against God’s word consistently]. Scripture clearly states in Hebrews 10:16 that: if we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left. It also states in 1 John 3:9 that those who have been born into God's family [Born Again] do not make a practice of sinning, because God's life is in them. So they CANNOT keep on sinning, because they are children of God.

Children of the one True God will be CONVICTED when they do something against the Word of GOD. Don’t believe me… Get Saved and do something you know to be wrong according to the Word of God. He will put you in check. When one has truly surrendered their heart to the one and True God and UNDERSTAND the Word of GOD; they will not live a life of sin! When they do wrong, they will Repent and get back on Track. Just that simple.

Scripture says in Romans 6:12-18 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness. For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? By no means! Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you have come to obey from your heart the pattern of teaching that has now claimed your allegiance. You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

GRACE is defined as the free and unmerited favor of God shown towards man.
